We provide a comprehensive 24-month international warranty on all new watches. This covers manufacturing defects and internal movement issues. For pre-owned vintage pieces, we offer a specialized 12-month mechanical warranty.

All orders are shipped via premium, fully insured couriers such as FedEx Priority or DHL Express. Every package requires an adult signature upon delivery and is tracked in real-time to ensure maximum security.
Do you offer professional watch sizing services?
Absolutely. During the checkout process, you can provide your wrist measurements, and our technicians will adjust the bracelet to fit you perfectly before shipping. All original links removed will be included in the box.
